Pam was recently promoted to Executive Vice President – Western Region from Vice President of Intermodal Operations.
The Western Region spans Southern California to Washington and services Port Drayage & Intermodal, Regional Truckload Drayage, Biosolids & Aggregate Transport, Warehousing, and Brokerage.
Pam's primary responsibilities include the planning and directing of TTSI’s operational policies, objectives, and strategic initiatives.

Early Career
Pam has been working with TTSI since 2012 and has over 37 years of transportation industry experience. Her background includes Trucking/Transportation, Intermodal, Marine Terminal operations (gate, yard, rail), Logistics, and Equipment.
Pam shows up every day intending to impact the company positively. She has a can-do attitude, an eye for opportunity, and a strong focus on customer service, team building, and relationships.
She is a proven leader, driven towards excellence, and a self-proclaimed “workaholic.” Pam is happily married with very proud of her twin boys.
Pam is also an accomplished athlete - a 6-time All American in Softball, inducted into the CAL Berkeley Athletic Hall of Fame in October 2010, held almost every batting record for 10+ years, and still retains some today. She was also inducted into the Los Gatos High School Athletic Hall of Fame as the “Best Female Athlete Ever” in 2009.
Pam relocated to Southern California in 1985 as a member of the USA Women’s Softball Team; traveled throughout the USA and abroad to countries such as Japan, China, Korea, and Australia.
Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California at Berkeley.
