LNG/CNG Technology
We rigorously test every near-zero-emission class 8 tractor available to ensure it meets our rigorous operational needs. - right down to the last mile and the last turn-around minute. LNG Near-Zero-Emission (NZE) trucks meet these and take us a giant leap toward our commitment to a 100% NZE & ZE Fleet.
The First 48
On May 22, 2008, TTSI took delivery of the first 8 Clean LNG Trucks. By July 2011, TTSI had purchased 49 LNG Trucks.

State-of-the-Art Natural Gas Engines
Cummins Westport
Cummins Westport ISL G Near Zero (NZ) emission engine has 90% fewer NOx emissions than the current North American EPA standard. These trucks use renewal natural gas (RNG) - from organic waste and refined to met emissions standards, and have a 250 mile range. They are an excellent solution for drayage and regional hauls, and we've added them to our green fleet. TTSI is also testing Westport's CNG and Battery Electric Hybrid Engines.
